Amazing photos right? It makes you feel like you are in Alaska, Victoria in Australia or even in Canada because of these fantastic landscape when in fact this can only be found in Bolinao, Pangasinan.
Well anyway, so there we were in the room where the group proposed that we have a tour in Bolinao c/o our mate, Brett. Ofcourse, we immediately agreed into it. Where can you get the chance to have an Aussie tour guide in the town of Bolinao in the Philippines?!? hahaha.. So, after planning our itinerary for the day, we went by the beach again, had some shots by the shore while we're waiting for what SP has to offer us for breakfast. We surely are one bunch of photoholics!

So when we were walking back to our room, Brett had told us that Breakfast is ready. Ate Beth had prepared our breakfast in the small kubo. The breakfast sure was nice --Filo-style. We had garlic rice with egg and daing na bangus. For our drinks, the brokeback guys and Amber had coffee while me and Joby had juice. The breakfast btw, came with the room rate so, it was a big convenience for us to have. Since we had two mangoes with us, Ivan thought that it would be nice to have them as desserts. But the first mango had chicken bites on it so we only had one to share amongst ourselves.

Yuuummmmmyyyy!!!! After eating, since I have always been eager to go to the beach, I went back to the room to get my stuff and prepare for the tour. Ivan was busy eating his mango while the three guys took some photos with Brett.

Brett told us that we will be leaving the resort by 9AM to tour Bolinao. Since we had a lot of time to spare, Abe taught us how to play poker. I'm quite good for a first timer. But after a while, the game was cut a bit earlier since Abe had to go to the bathroom. Since we were preparing for the tour, we went back to the room while Abe was still inside the toilet. Amber decided to challenge Joby to a quick game of beach volleyball. Ivan decided to try to play too but quit after one hit -.-
Abe - teaching us how to play Poker

And when we were already ready to leave, we had to wait since Abe was doing his 'private business' inside the toilet. He was a bit pre-occupied inside the toilet, as Ivan described it simply as "planting submarines" XD.
Learnings:
1. Even if God already gave you a girl companion, it is not really that fun when you couldn't even have a one-on-one conversation with her especially when her suitor is always around.
2. Not because they are already hugging, kissing, holding hands or sleeping together means that they are already 'together', they still are friends.
3. Learning poker is easy, especially when you already know how to play Pusoy Dos
4. If you woke up early and is eagerly waiting to catch a glimpse or even take photos of the sunrise, make sure that you look and check at every angle. Simply looking on the beach by the shore does not mean that the sun rises on that part of the resort... Remember, where the sun set last night is at the opposite side of where the sun rises at the next day.
5. It really was a big convenience for us to have the package of having breakfast included in our stay at the resort.
6. Always keep the food especially the Mangoes hidden, you'll never know if the chicken will peck on it while you are sleeping.
7. If you have two guys sleeping next to you, with your boyfriend in the middle... Always exert caution, he might be confused as to whether he is hugging you (the girlfriend) or the guy next to him (the 'boy' friend).
What to look forward to the next set of blog posts:
1. AGAIN, Did we ever swim on the beach?
2. How was the Bolinao tour?
3. Did we go back to Manila as late as our trip in Zambales last April?
4. How much did we save/spent?
................................. to be continued.
